Welcome to Ramagya. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website www.ramagya.com and the Ramagya Astrology app (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About the Services

Ramagya provides astrological information and tools in multiple languages — including Panchang, Kundli (birth charts), Muhurta, horoscopes, Kundli Milan, calculators, reference encyclopaedias, festival and Vrat calendars, devotional content, and a blog. The Services are calculated using astronomical data and traditional Vedic methods.

2. For Entertainment and Guidance Only

All content and results on Ramagya are provided for general guidance, cultural, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other advice. Astrology is a belief system and the results described are not guaranteed. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional for important decisions. You are solely responsible for any action you take based on the Services.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
  • Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute content without permission;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Services;
  • Upload malicious code or infringe the rights of others;
  • Misrepresent your identity or submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or in violation of any law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services — including text, software, the Ramagya Astronomy Engine, designs, logos, and content — are owned by Ramagya or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

7. User Submissions

If you submit any content (for example, via a contact fo
